Plain ol' Peppers

Remove seeds and stems from peppers. Cut into pieces, cover with water, and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and pack into quart jars. Add half a teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of vinegar to each jar. Cover with boiling water, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.

Process for 35 minutes at 10 pounds of pressure when at 1000 feet, 15 pounds of pressure over 1000 feet.
