Sweet Potatoes

Plain ol' Sweet Potatoes

Boil potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove skins and cut into 1 inch pieces. Pack into potatoes into jars and cover with boiling water leaving 1 inch headroom.

Process at 10 pounds of pressure 65 minutes for pints, 90 minutes for quarts.
